Usage and safety<br>For external use (cosmetic and therapeutic)<br>· Facial toner (for normal, oily, sensitive or acne-prone skin): spray directly onto clean skin or apply with a cotton pad, 1–2 times a day.<br>· Soothing after-sun or post-shaving/hair removal spray: spray onto the affected area or apply with a cool compress as needed.<br>· Skin irritations, redness, mild eczema: soak a piece of gauze or cotton pad and apply to the affected area, 2–4 times a day.<br>· Hair and scalp care (for irritated or oily scalps): spray onto the scalp and massage in. After washing hair or as needed.<br>· Relaxing room spray: spray into the air or on bedding: 1–3 times a day, especially before bedtime.<br>· Relaxing baths: add 2–3 tablespoons (30–45 ml) to bathwater.<br>For internal use (only food-grade hydrolate, pure and without preservatives)<br>· Stress, anxiety, mild insomnia: 1–2 tablespoons (15–30 ml) of hydrolate in a glass of water or warm herbal infusion, 1–2 times a day (morning and/or evening).<br>· Nervous digestion or mild spasms: 1 tablespoon (15 ml) in half a glass of water. After meals.<br>· For prolonged use as an internal tonic: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) in a glass of water, once a day, in 2–3 week cycles.<br>Safety precautions<br>- Preferable for external use: although very gentle, internal use is not recommended unless it is certified as food grade.

– Store in the refrigerator and use within 6 months after opening.
– Test on sensitive skin first: although rare, it may cause a reaction in highly reactive skin.
