For skin use (well diluted)<br>· Stress, anxiety, muscle tension or insomnia: 2 drops of essential oil + 10 drops of vegetable oil (jojoba, almond or coconut). Apply to the solar plexus, nape and wrists, 1–2 times a day.
· Aphrodisiac or relaxing massage: 5 drops in 30 ml of vegetable oil. Massage the back and feet.
· Oily or weakened hair: add 10 drops to every 100 ml of mild shampoo, or 1 drop per shampoo dose.
· Facial care (oily skin/acne): 1 drop in 10 drops of jojoba oil; apply to the T-zone (at night).
For diffusion <br>· To create a romantic or relaxing atmosphere: Add 1-3 drops to an ultrasonic diffuser and use for 20 minutes in the evening.
· Blends well with sweet orange, bergamot, lavender, or sandalwood.
For inhalation<br>· Anxiety crisis or acute insomnia: apply 1 drop to a handkerchief or the palm of the hand and inhale deeply several times.
For oral use (professional supervision required)<br>· Hormonal/emotional regulation: 1 drop in honey or in a vegetable capsule, once a day for a maximum of 5 days.
