Uses and Precautions	For skin use (Always very diluted)<br>· Skin mycosis (athlete's foot, fungal infections): 1 drop of lemongrass essential oil + 4 drops of vegetable oil, apply to the affected area twice a day for 2 weeks. · Cellulite and tired legs: 4 drops of essential oil + 10 ml of hazelnut or jojoba oil, massage in with upward movements. · Muscle or joint pain: 2–3 drops of essential oil + 10 ml of arnica or St. John's wort oil, apply to the painful area. · Natural deodorant: 1 drop in 5 drops of fractionated coconut oil, apply to armpits. · Mosquito repellent spray: 100 ml of water, 30 drops of lemongrass essential oil, 20 drops of citronella, and 20 drops of lavender. Shake before use.<br>For diffusion <br>· Fresh and purified environment: 3–5 drops in an ultrasonic diffuser for 15–20 minutes.<br>·  Can be combined with eucalyptus, lavender, or mint.<br> For inhalation<br>· Mental fatigue: 1 drop on a handkerchief or directly inhaled (no more than 2 times a day).<br>For oral use (professional supervision required)<br>· For digestive infections: 1 drop on a neutral tablet, honey or vegetable oil, once a day, maximum 5 days.
