Uses and Precautions

For skin use (always diluted)

· Burns, insect bites, wounds: 1 drop applied directly (occasional use) or diluted in calendula oil.<br>· Muscle pain or contractures: 3 drops in 10 drops of vegetable oil (arnica or St. John’s wort). Massage the area.<br>· Skin infections or infected acne: 1–2 drops applied directly or diluted in a little aloe vera gel.<br>· Massages to clear the respiratory tract: 2 drops + 2 drops of eucalyptus radiata in 10 ml of vegetable oil. Apply to chest and back.

For diffusion

· Congestion relief or purified atmosphere: 6–8 drops in a diffuser, alone or blended with ravintsara, lemon, or mint.<br>· Ideal for rest areas, common rooms, or spaces with children.

For inhalation

· Cold or sinusitis: 2–3 drops in a bowl of hot water. Inhale the steam for 5–10 minutes.<br>· Headache: 1 drop on a handkerchief, inhale directly.

For oral use (professional supervision required)

· Mild respiratory infections or physical fatigue: 1 drop in honey or food grade vegetable oil, once a day for 5 days.

Precautions

-Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or in children under 6 years old.

-Avoid in cases of epilepsy or a history of seizures, due to its camphor content.

-Do not apply undiluted to the skin: may cause irritation.

-Do not use for prolonged periods without supervision.

-Keep out of reach of children and pets.
