For external use (cosmetic and therapeutic)<br>· Facial toner: spray 2–3 times onto clean skin or apply with a cotton pad soaked in hydrolate. Use morning and night after facial cleansing.
· Eye compress: soak cotton pads in the pure hydrolate and apply to closed eyelids. Leave on for 5–10 minutes, 1–2 times a day as needed.
· Spray for tired legs or varicose veins: spray from the ankles upwards, 2–3 times a day. Can be used cold (stored in the fridge) to enhance the vasoconstrictor effect.
· Aftershave or post-depilation treatment: apply 2–3 sprays to the area or with a soaked cotton pad. Repeat if redness persists.<br>For internal use (only food-grade hydrolate, pure and without preservatives)<br>· Not recommended except in certified food grade formulations.<br>· Traditionally, the leaves or bark have been used in infusions, but not the hydrolate, so modern internal use is not very common.<br>· Suitable for babies and children.<br>· Safe for external use as long as it is 100% pure and contains no preservatives.<br>· For irritated or redness: apply with a soaked gauze, 1-2 times a day.<br>· Avoid contact with mucous membranes and eyes.

Precautions

– Store in the refrigerator and use within 6 months after opening.
-Do not ingest unless it is of certified food grade quality.
-For facial use, avoid direct contact with the eyes.
-Sensitivity test: although it is very gentle, for highly reactive skin, it is advisable to test it on a small area first.
-Does not replace medical treatments for severe circulatory problems.
