For skin use (Always diluted)<br>· Wrinkles and anti-aging care: dilute 2 drops of Boswellia essential oil in 10 drops of vegetable oil (jojoba or rosehip). Apply to the face and neck once daily.
· Scars and marks: 1 drop of essential oil + 5 drops of vegetable oil, massage twice daily on the affected area.
· Muscle or joint pain: 3–4 drops in 10 ml of arnica or St. John’s wort oil. Massage the painful area.<br>For diffusion <br>· Relaxation, stress, meditation: 5 to 6 drops in an ultrasonic diffuser for 20–30 minutes.<br>· Can be combined with lavender, sandalwood, myrrh, or sweet orange.<br>For inhalation<br>· Congestion or cough: 1–2 drops in a bowl of hot water, inhale with a towel for 5 minutes.<br>Aromatic baths<br>· 5–10 drops mixed with salt, milk, or honey as a dispersant in water.<br>· Promotes deep relaxation and spiritual connection.<br>For oral use (professional supervision required)<br>· For chronic inflammation or infections, use 1 drop in a neutral tablet or with honey, 1–2 times/day for a maximum of 7 days.
