For skin use (Always diluted)<br>· Insomnia and nervousness (children or adults): 1–2 drops of red mandarin essential oil + 5 ml of sweet almond oil, apply on the solar plexus or the soles of the feet before bedtime.
· Colic and heavy digestion: 2 drops of red mandarin essential oil + 10 ml of sweet almond oil, gently massage the abdomen clockwise.
· Oily skin or mild acne: 1 drop of red mandarin essential oil in 5 drops of jojoba oil, apply at night on the affected areas.
For diffusion <br>· Relaxation and insomnia: 4–6 drops in an ultrasonic diffuser, 20 minutes before bedtime.
· Blends well with: lavender or marjoram.
