Uses and Precautions	Cutaneous use • Acne, boils, pimples: 1 drop directly onto the pimple (maximum twice daily), or diluted 10% in jojoba oil. • Nail or skin fungus: 1 drop undiluted on the affected area, twice daily. For sensitive skin, dilute 50%. · Wounds, bites, minor burns: 2 drops of essential oil in 10 drops of calendula or St. John’s wort oil. Apply twice a day. · Pediculosis (lice): Add 10–15 drops per 100 ml of shampoo. Also apply to combs and behind the ears.<br>· Canker sores or cold sores: 1 drop directly on the lesion, 2–3 times a day (occasional use).<br>For diffusion <br>· Air purification (colds, viruses): 4-6 drops in a diffuser for 20 minutes, twice a day.<br>· Can be blended with ravintsara, eucalyptus radiata, or lemon.<br>For inhalation<br>· Nasal congestion or respiratory infection: 2–3 drops in a bowl of hot water. Inhale the steam for 5–10 minutes.<br>For oral use (professional supervision required)<br>· Respiratory or digestive infections: 1 drop in honey or a vegetable capsule, once a day for 5–7 days.<br>· Oral hygiene (rinses): 1 drop in a glass of warm water, gargle (do not swallow).
